I bought this book, because I enjoyed Cindy Kirk's The Tycoon's Son. And I liked the idea of a widowed father falling in love with his daughter's nanny. Sadly, I didn't like the heroine at all and the hero is not that likable either. She is too biddable for most of the book (she does stand up for herself in the end) and he is too calculating (until he realizes that he loves her). I just couldn't relate to them. I don't want her as my friend (she doesn't seem to have any) and I can't fall in love with him. Now I'm hoping that Cindy Kirk's other books will be more like The Tycoon's Son and less like Romancing the Nanny.
Rating: okay
