Sanctuary Hill

Bay is home visiting her father in South Carolina lowcountry where superstitions run rampat.  Bay finds a styrofoam cooler that is taped tight floating in the water by their dock.  When she opens it she finds a dead baby.  The child has some type of charm with it.  Bay begins to delve into the crafts of old days when they made hex's and charms.  Then she finds someone is leaving her some of these things.  Are they trying to kill her?  Or help her.  Bay is determined to find out.
