Another great book by Cindy Gerard. I'm glad my good friend, Aubrey, got me hooked on her. She reminds me why I love the romantic suspense genre so much, especially when I've been reading more paranormals lately and wondering if I'd fall back in love with these easily. The answer... yes!
This is the first book in a new Black Ops, Inc. series. It does have some tie-ins with her previous series and there is soem references to Dallas from that series. I read all the books previously except the latest, Dallas' story, but I still enjoyed this book greatly.
It brings back my hunky, alpha-male soldier hero I just fall in love with every time. Especially considering the hero, Gabriel Jones, was fighting and kicking butt while injured most of the book. lol And learning what the demons of his past he lives with every day just made me want to comfort him myself. 
The heroine, Jenna McMillan, is a woman we'd all admire. She's smart, can kick butt herself, and doesn't back down from a fight with Gabe.
This book is almost non-stop action with some hot passion mixed in. I also fell in love with the rest of the guys of Black Ops. And I got a special place in my heart for Juliana.
I highly recommend this book. I am so excited the next book comes out the end of this month and the third, the following month! I love back to back books within a series, especially with a wonderful author. Now I gotta go back and find Dallas' book I somehow missed reading!

She was recently introduced to me by another author, her books that is! Anyway, I'm going to try her books that she wrote before starting this series. I have two of them, one which I recently won from her! Love winning books from authors. Her books seem to be well liked.
