Back Cover:

His blackmailed mistress!

Diego de Santo: dynamic, charismatic, he's made millions-and he believes everything is for sale....

Cassandra Preston-Villiers: heiress to an empire, she's beautiful and sophisticated - everything Diego's ever wanted in a woman - so he blackmails her into becoming his mistress. But now that he's got Cassandra, Diego wants more - an affair is no longer enough for this hot Latin lover!

Favourite Scene:

`Marry me.'
Cassandra opened her mouth, then closed it again. `What did you say?’
'Marry me.'
She could only look at him in shocked silence.
`Do you really want our children to learn their father proposed to their mother in a basement car park?' Diego queried gently.
This was a bad joke. `You can't be serious.'
`As serious as it gets.'
`Diego—'
`I want to share the rest of your life,' he said gently. `I want to be the father of your children and grow old with you.'

My Review:

When the heroine was 16, the 26 year old hero pulled her ass away from a rowdy party.  He kissed her to scare her off, but instead that kiss began an obsession for him.  Ten years later, he's been moving in the same social circles as the heroine, stalking her socially, asking her out for a year, constantly being rejected by her.  Then her family needs his financial help, so he takes the chance to bribe her to share his bed.  He takes the nights with her that were owed to him by the contract, but he wants more.  There's a life-and-death situation, that puts the heroine in his care.  We see the hero's feelings, and there is a very tender love there.  The hero is a wondefully loving man when he sets his heart on the heroine.

Rating: 4.5/5 stars, highly highly recommend this one!  Sexy and tender.
