Spanish Billionaire, Innocent Wife by Kate Walker, HP Jun08 #2734

Raul wants Alannah. He wanted her several years ago when she walked out on him and now that a personal tragedy has touched both their lives he finds he still wants her. Alannah recognizes his passion and his sensual charm; she does not trust his love. Can they overcome their fears and prejudices?

It is so clear why this author has the appellation of ‘Queen Kate.’ She is a master storyteller. I may not like the genre, but I can still recognize a spellbinding tale. For lovers of this genre it is a not-to-be-missed book. For someone who wants to stretch their reading boundaries and preferences, you might as well start with a wonderful craftswoman. This book deserves a thumbs up!

Thank you!

Nancy, I just posted my own review of  a book I'd read and then found that you had  posted this one.

And I am sincerely honoured by your comments. Ir's one thing  pleasing an established, pro-Presents reader, but winning over someone who openly admits that Presents is not her personal 'thing' is a real accolade.

Thak you so much for trying my book to read outside your normal  preferences and being so  open minded as to write this  lovely review.

You really have made my day

Nancy...

I am not a Harlquin Presents fan either but I just finished this one and am thoroughly blown away by the exquisite language and the vivid portrait of grief.  The descriptions are just incredibly well done.
