The Spanish Prince's Virgin Bride

Spanish prince Lucas Reyes thinks he's going to a Texas ranch to buy a mare, instead he finds out his grandfather arranged for him to be married to a refusing to be tamed woman named Alyssa Mcdonough.  Misunderstandings abound as the prince first misidentifies her as a guy, then accuses her of being the mistress of the now deceased ranch owner and Alyssa's stepfather.

Neither Lucas or Alyssa find the contract tolerable, but still she goes to Spain with Lucas at his insistence to try to find a way out of the contract.  Definitely a lot of no no yes going on at least at first.  This study in tangled webs weaved kept me reading.  No doubt about Lucas being alpha male though Alyssa gives him a run for his money.  In my opinion more for fans of old school Harlequins but a recommended read.
