Squeeze Play by Kate Angell

Richmond Rogues Centerfielder Risk Kincaid had been Jacy Grayson's rebound lover for the last 13 years. Now he's ready to be her only lover. Is the free-spirited, vibrant woman ready to settle down?

Little does Risk know that Jacy's mind is running along the same lines. When he returns to their hometown of Frostproof, Florida, after winning the World Series, she tries to figure out the best way to tell him she loves him.

While Risk and Jacy spend time together dancing around their love, their childhood friend Stevie Cole and Risk's teammated Zen Driscoll grow close. Their mutual interest in baseball trivia allows them to skirt around their mutual attraction until Stevie can let go of her feelings for her high school sweetheart. Though Risk and Jacy are the main couple in this book, the relationship between Stevie and Zen also gets a lot of time.

This was a great book. Watching the couples in this book come together was great, especially with the humor Kate instills in her characters. I highly recommend it for anyone who likes baseball.
