I seem to be all about thriller/suspense books, these days. Must be the hot summer weather. The Stolen is Jason Pinter's 3rd Henry Parker novel. I read the first, but not the second, which was OK. The author took care to bring the reader up to speed on key elements of Henry's past, while taking us into this new story of kidnapped children that reappear 5 years later, seemingly unhurt, but with no memory of the time they were away from their homes. Who or what is behind these temporary kidnappings? I'll bet you'll be surprised.
