This is a story of a gal who was happy caring for an invalid mother. When mum passed, Meg's sisters wanted to sell the home so she was a bit lost. She falls in love with the son of the lady who buys the home. Wonderful story. Eventually she works for him and on the weekends stays in a small cottage on his estate. Wonderful story.

You really should read this one. The girl is devoted to their cook and the new owner of the house agrees to keep her on. Meg lives in an apartment over the Dr.'s office and on the weekends goes to a cottage and works in the garden.
I guess living where I can dig in the dirt makes me like stories of folks who also like to garden. This really is a great read.
