He has a feeling entering into a relationship with Susanna will not be all fire and no substance like his past relationships. But can she let go of being sensible Susan and give in to Michael's seduction? And Michael wants long term which is something that scares Susan.  Can Susan give him her heart?

This book was both sweet and oh so sexy. Ms. Michelle didn't rush the relationship. She made the story seem more real. I can definitely see a Michael in my dreams. I can see her books ending up on my bookshelf in the near future (actually I have my eye on three already at Ellora's Cave)

But it was not meant to be because in a month's time he would be wearing a wedding ring. Now she has come back to Ventura, Texas to keep an eye on her parent's B&B while they go on vacation, because there seems to be a vandal on the loose. Jonas is now sheriff but there is no wedding band on his left hand. Over the years love had disappointed them both, so now there are no expectations between them only anticipation.

Ms. Michelle writes a sexy story and sexy Hs. Now I'm convinced to get her Bad in Boots series from Ellora's Cave. She added a little suspense to this steamy story
