Sweet Trouble

Format:
Series: HQN Books

In the 3rd book in the trilogy, we see Jesse grown up and trying to reconnect with her son's father and her sisters.  I found myself annoyed with the level of revenge and determination to be nasty to Jesse exhibited by Matt and Nicole.  Yes, she made mistakes, but apparently they felt they were so bad they could never be forgiven.  It detracted from what could have been a much better book.

I was afraid of

I was afraid of that....

I've read the first two and struggled a LOT in the first one with Nicole's behavior, learned to like her a bit in her own story but I figured Jesse's story was going to be a headache because they'd already treated her so poorly.

*sigh*

I may wait a little while to read this.
