One of my favorite kinds of books....western, Texas Rangers, cowboys, ranches....Pat definitely knows how to write my kind of novel. She's an awesome author and a dear friend of mine. Highly recommended to everyone.

Isn't this a made-for-telly cinema, with Chuck Norris as Walker, Texas Ranger right before he retires?
In reality, it sounds like a fantastic book. I know that I would enjoy reading it!

This is a good one. I have had the pleasure of reading every book Pat has written, and attending an RWA conference book signing with her several years ago in Dallas. She even put me in the acknowledgements of her book Wildcat Wedding, which was her second book, I think. This book reminded me of her Just Maggie or Wildcat Wedding, it was just a great read!
