Bullet Catchers - This is the second of three books. Wade Cordell’s assignment is to find a woman, Vanessa Porter, and persuade her to meet her birth mother. Vanessa knows she is adopted and she knows who her birth mother is, and want's no part of any of it. But she tells Wade that when she finds her friend, who has disappeared in the Caribbean she will go back with him. Wade helps her look for her missing friend and they become involved in more than just a missing friend who decided to have a long holiday.
I found this book to have less intrigue than book one “First You Run”, but still a good read.
