This was so sweet. I loved the sass of the heroine, Eve. She pushed, she cajoled, she rocked his equilibrium. He resisted, he ignored, he ran, but eventually, he grew. This was no rush into romance type of book; instead, it was a slowly unfolding, dripping in romance type of read. It was a lovely book and very satisfying read. Thumbs up.
Dawson has a heart breaking association with the Christmas holidays, but Eve has a plan, besides taking care of all his shopping. Will she be able to wear him down and turn Christmas around for him?

by Jackie Braun yet. I usually like her books and this sounds good. This is what happens when I start to read reviews. I always end up wanting to read the book too.

Dawson is damaged by his
Dawson is damaged by his past. Well, Eve has her own issues, but she is further evovled (IMO). I like what they are and become as the story unfolds.
And yes, reading reviews are having quite an impact on my TBR.

Oh goodie. Jackie Braun is another of my favorite HR authors. I didn't like the cover of this one (I know it is not her choice) but am really, really excited to have another one by her in my TBR.
