Wicked Nights by Nina Bangs

In the first book of a three book series, Nina Bangs introduces her readers to the Castle of Dark Dreams, an adult theme park where people can experience a variety of fantasies.

This first book centers around an eight-hundred year old vampire, Eric Mackenzie, going by Eric McNair, and Donna Nolan, a late night talk show host. Donna has had some listeners calling in recently who have been reporting odd occurrences at the Castle of Dark Dreams. She has decided to go there herself to investigate. Once there, she runs into Eric and things get complicated.

When strange things start happening, such as a vampire seeking revenge, other supernatural beings are exposed, such as a messenger of Bast in cat form who communicates telepathically and and a cosmic troublemaker by the name of Sparkle Stardust. Only after the revenge-seeking vampire attacks the Castle of Dark Dreams to get to Eric does he reveal his own unique qualities to Donna.

Now that they know each others' secrets, can they make a relationship work? They are two fantastic and charismatic characters. Watching the two of them overcome all of the obstacles in their way of a relationship make this a great story.
