US Marine Zachariah Clark spent his last furlough between
the sheets with voluptuous socialite Becky Owens - a steamy week he never
wanted to end. So he proposed. They secretly said their "I dos" and Zachariah
shipped out on an 18-month tour. Stateside again - nursing serious war wounds -
Zach begins a tough new mission: getting to know his bride. In the bedroom
things are perfect, but outside, Zach has plenty to learn about Becky, a steely
divorce attorney who's as fierce a warrior in her own way as he is. The question
is: who's giving the orders now?

This book was fantastic! I am so glad that I had friends to
send me books (now if only I could get the newer releases) Zachariah was a good
man, a decent and honorable man that any woman-or man-could easily fall in love
with. Beck or "Beckster" was the same way. She was a true woman, a State
attorney that helped those that need it.

I even fell in love with the secondary characters, but the
one I loved the most was Lily, Becky's mom. She was smart, funny, and knew the
secret of the couple-that they were married.

Julie Miller continues to entertain fans of her books that's
for sure, and I'd love to read some of her other military Blazes if I got the
chance. The one fault I found in this book-and trust me, it was hard and it's
not really that bad of a quirk was that it read more like an Intrigue than a
Blaze at times. But that was definitely a quirk that I found to be to my liking.
It was action paced, but romantic at the same time. So it wasn't that big of
deal.

If you can find it, get his book immidately!
