I have been married for 35 years to a wonderful and loving man. We met at his brother's and one of my friends wedding. He was Best Man and I was Maid of Honor. I look back now and think it was probably love at first sight (at least that was what his and my family thought). We dated as just friends for 6 months, and finally we realized that we were in love and married 6 months later. We weren't able to have children, so we have always had dogs that have been like our children. We are also Godparents of 5 wonderful adults with children of their own that we love and have spoiled/spoil rotten. Right now we have 3 very loving and demanding dogs.

We have lived in KC all our lives. When my husband and I got married, we bought a house about 1-1/2 miles from where we always had lived and we're still here.

I have worked in an insurance office for 2 years as a secretary, electronics for 2 years as a secretarial clerk, engineering for 22 years as a secretary, and 4 years as an airline reservationist. I have been a housewife for the last 7 years.
