The picture above is a watercolor I painted from a photo my mother took of me when I was five. We were on a camping trip in the Sierra and at that moment I wasn't a happy camper. I think it captures how I feel sometimes.
My first Book Challenge was 2007 - I read 130 books. I never would have thought I could read 100 books in a year, and I read more.

My ratings: 5 hearts - exceptional, emotionally satisfying, everything I love in a romance. 4 hearts - exceptional, well written, loved it. 3 hearts - Good, enjoyed it. 2 hearts - okay, probably won't read that author again. 1 heart - a dud. I haven't come across any 2s or 1s.
