Debra Salonen’s stage career was limited to a high school production of JB. She played a prostitute, and her only line was…“I’d rather be home in bed with a good boy.” This caused quite an uproar, and the following night her line was changed to… “I’d rather be home in bed with a good book.” Irony not withstanding, the pressure was simply too much for her and she never acted again…although members of her family might claim otherwise.
