My love of writing encompasses many different forms, ultimately leading me to the genre of romance. I won a short story writing contest in an academic literary magazine and became a finalist in the Romance Writers of America's 2007 Golden Heart Contest for Best Short Contemporary Romance with my novel Something to Talk About. The full manuscript was requested (woohoo!) and received a revision request in May of 2009. The novel is still under consideration.

Currently I am working on several other contemporary romances along with a paranormal romance series. I have two eBooks (Ship Shape and Tinsel) published with Krysia's Web Books. I maintain pages at FaceBook as well as MySpace. I am the hostess/moderator of the Romance Writing Center at the Writers BBS online community (named one of the Top 10 Writing Websites by Writers Digest Magazine in October 2009), and own/operate the Romance Writers League -- a message board community devoted to exploring the craft and business aspects of romance writing.

I hold a degree in Computer Information Systems as a Microcomputer Specialist and provide recording services to several condominium association boards. When I'm not writing, I spend my time with my friends and family.
