Keira Soleore is an as-yet-unpublished novelist from the rainy Pacific Northwest.

These days, she's working on a Regency-set historical romance. She has completed two medieval historical manuscripts, one set in Scotland and the other in England.

She muses on the art and craft of writing, history, and the writing life on her blog Cogitations and Meditations at http://keirasoleore.blogspot.com.

She's also a published writer of more than sixty feature articles and books reviews in international, national, and regional publications. As an editor and proofreader, she has worked with authors, magazines, book publishers, and nonprofit organizations.

If she were a character in a book, she'd be a medieval scribe of illuminated manuscripts and still unmarried at twenty-five (gasp!). No languishing and starving in a tower for her. She would be a maiden of independent means and have the wherewithal to afford a garrisoned keep.
